future customers of mullinax Ford do not buy anything from them they will jerk you around all day long and tell you they have the truck and then in the afternoon after you've made a dozen phone calls or more they finally tell you the truck is sold don't waste your time dealing with these guys they'll jerk you around and you'll get nowhere.

Worse experience I've ever had at any dealer!!! I had brought my vehicle in for service multiple times for same issue was never fixed, 3rd time I brought it in they told me it was out of warranty. I had to contact Ford about the issue and ford told me to bring it back to mullinax because the first time I brought it in the issue was never fixed and under warranty. Still never fixed and was told by mullinax to take my car to alpaker where they can make me happy.

Dave Mckenzie Sales

I made contact with Mr. Mckenzie just 2 days ago about a car sitting on another lot. Dave took it from there and today I drove home in the exact truck that I wanted. No pressure. No annoying back and forth. No frustrations. I would do the same ten times over with Mullinax and Dave Mckenzie.....let me say it again. Dave Mckenzie! Call him and go see him! Don Friend

Purchased a new F150 from Mullinax and during my last...

Purchased a new F150 from Mullinax and during my last service visit(12-12-19) I asked the service rep about a problem with the rearview mirror. He said it was under warranty but that he had to send in pictures for approval and would call me when he got the approval. After 10 days pasted I called and he told me to call back in a week. 7 months later over 10 calls, texts and numerous emails(including to the service manager) they have done nothing to help me.

Missing 2nd Key

Purchased a 2017 Ford Transit utilty body truck for my contracting business from Scott Griggs. The vehicle was checked out by the dealer and looked great however there was only 1 key, I was assured by Scott that it would be no problem getting an additional key. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle my starter and alternator went out costing me over $1000 plus towing to my mechanic. I called Scott and asked him about my 2nd key and he said he was on it and would contact me right away. I also mentioned that the vehicle had to be repaired at my expense and he was apologetic. So here we are over 1 month after my purchase and I get an email from Scott asking me to refer him to my friends and business associates. You have got to be kidding me, so I emailed him back about the key and he says call Katie at service and leave the truck there for a few hours to program the new key. Nothing was ever mentioned about leaving my truck there for a key. This truck is for my business and I cannot have it out of commission even for an hour. On the good side of this I did meet the owner of the dealership that day and he was a very nice guy. Just wanted to make sure this does not happen to anyone else regarding getting a key....

John, We are sorry for the confusion. Here at Mullinax we offer our best price right Up Front and never charge a dealer fee. The vehicle you inquired on was part of Fords Courtesy Transportation Program which provides vehicles for our customers with warranty and other service issues so they can continue their day to day interactions without the inconvenience of not having a vehicle. Once these vehicles are retired from this program we then offer them to customers at a even deeper discount then our already low UpFront® Price. As we explained, the lease calculation of mileage discount was much lower (only $500) compared to over $1500 we already took off for the mileage. I do apologize that our system did not update the miles on the vehicle you came in before you arrived as that vehicle was just retired. We do our best to make sure all information on our site is current and accurate however at times there is a slight lag. Sorry for any inconvenience and I hope this better explains the situation. Sales Guy, Dave McKenzie, made my purchase EASY

I started on the internet and had located the vehicle I wanted. From work I was going back and forth with Dave McKenzie regarding my trade in vehicle and the purchase of my new vehicle. We worked out all the details in advance. It was all very easy.

dont trust the internet price

Called the Dealer this morning to inquire about the internet price on a "NEW" 2019 F150. Car was not new but was used as a service loaner or a vehicle to drive customers around. I Was told I would not get all the rebates listed unless I finance through Ford motor credit at 6.9 ot 7.9%, (I can get cheaper on the street corner especially when my credit score is 765) but then after a few months I could go to my bank and refinance. If I wanted the 0% at 84 months that all the dealers are advertising I would not get all of the rebates listed. Bear in mind it does not say this policy ANYWHERE on their site where the car was showed. If I'm going to pay $40000 for a truck i'll get the truck i REALLY want... Typical car dealer bait and switch scam. DONT DEAL WITH THEM

If you want to take advantage of a different Ford programs like the 0% interest for 84 months, those programs are in lieu of certain rebates. I have had nothing less than amazing customer service...

I have had nothing less than amazing customer service since purchasing a vehicle and working with Dave McKenzie. Hassle free with up front pricing and no hidden fees. It was the most stress free experience I’ve personally ever had. The truck ended up having factory defect and Mr McKenzie ha does every bit of it with not questions asked and sent me a text saying that the work was completed and he had it detailed and waxed for me prior to picking it up without asking. Absolutely top notch service.
