Ricky Gilpin helped me find a truck within my budget. He did not hassle me which i appreciated. He also helped me get all my paper work figured out, I was out of there in less than an hour, I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle

Great experience!
No dealer fees, nothing hidden. No pressure, salesman Bruce at Lake Park was super nice and patient. After test driving the car and buying it, I was unable to pick it up for a couple days. I mentioned to Bruce that I forgot to check for a spare tire. When I returned to pick up car, Bruce had checked for the spare and when he didn’t find one, he got me a brand new one with lug wrench and jack! Now that’s amazing customer service and since the car is for my kid, that’s one less call I’ll get at 1 in the morning. Thanks Bruce!

Excellent service by sales staff
I did an online search for a particular used vehicle. Found one at MULLINAX FORD. Was a 165-mile drive for us to test drive and purchase, so I was concerned that I might get there and find it already sold. WALDO FLORES arranged a refundable deposit to assure me that it would be there when we arrived. The car was there; it was PRICED RIGHT; and NO DEALER FEES. (We had looked at a similar model at a dealer in Venice FL. who wanted $2,300.00 in add-ons and fees. That was a deal killer) The vehicle at Mullinax was exactly as advertised. We were given the keys for a test drive without a salesperson. (We actually got lost, but figured out the GPS system to find our way back.) Our only problem was it was for the wife and she had been driving a higher trim model and felt this one was not as well-appointed, and would have been a "step down" for her. No fault of Mullinax. Waldo Flores worked with us in every way. and did not press us to look at other vehicles. He politely returned our deposit. Even tho we did not purchase the vehicle, we could not have had a more pleasant dealership experience.

HIGH PRICED SERVICE, LABOR CHARGES
I would recommend keeping service records and taking to someone else, the charges for parts and labor are ridiculous. Or do it yourself, Over 500.00 just for a service.

After speaking with your service advisor Steve, he stated that the only additional service that was recommended during your visit, was replacing the air filter, which your husband agreed to. He also stated that your husband didn't have any apprehension towards the maintenance costs and in fact expected the price to be about what he paid due to the vehicle having a diesel engine. No Promises Kept
Pre-owned vehicle was purchased. I advised them that left back tire was loosing air, puddle lights were bad and bumper was coming loose. I have had the car back there so many times for the same issues, I stop counting. Just got it in July. Was told I would get 11,000 points to use on my ford pass. Called my salesperson but I guess his job is over. I called Dearborn customer relations and open a case. Never expected this from Ford. Spencer the manager said he had problems with his 50,000 truck "Way to promote your product!" I wasn't there about his problems, I was there about mine. Thank You Ford.

Great Price - No dealer Fee
I bought a Acura TLX, Sells guy was awesome, I recommend this dealer.Minor things I will recommend Detailing of the car 8/10 (didn't clean a mentioned dirty spot and gas tank 60%.

Better not ask for a trade in appraisal
So I set an appointment here to get a written trade in appraisal as I have at 4 other dealerships this month, drive over at the agreed upon time and meet with the sales rep I had been speaking do. He takes a look at my car and turns the keys over to his manager(you know, the usual process). Manager takes it on a drive, gets back and parks it in an entirely different spot in the dealership. No big deal I think to myself, probably just easier for him. Sales rep comes back out and tells me what they want to offer me for it, which is by far the lowest offer I have gotten on it. Curious as I know he didnt even do so much as a walk around on the car, I ask the sales rep what the reason was for the valuation and he says he doesnt know but I can talk to him if I want. Sales rep brings me to his office where he immediately looks irritated that I am asking questions and tells us the reason for the low valuation is because that's what the car is selling for and that's 100% why. Me, doing quite a bit of homework on the matter, ask for further clarification and get the exact same answer. I ask if I can get the quote in writing and he looks at us like we are crazy, and asks if we want him to just like write it on a piece of paper. I say no thank you I'll just take my keys and I walk out and get in my car and drive off. My favorite part was I texted back the sales rep about how unprofessional the whole interaction was and he responds "I'm sorry to hear about that Brian". My name is Tyler, which had been said to him plenty before that. No one even asked me if I was looking to purchase(which I am) which I thought was pretty funny. Maybe they would have handled it differently if they knew I was looking to spend 50k.

Airbag Recall
Mullinax is not interested in the airbag safety recall. Ford Corporate says the parts are available, however, Mullinax first said Ford Corporate sent the wrong parts, then they said the parts are not available. There is no communication problem with Ford Corporate. Advantage Ford of Stuart Florida had the airbag parts in stock and replaced the airbag parts for both airbags in less than one hour.

Great communication via online ad
I recently purchased a used 12 F150 from Derek Vanhoose via an ad online, the truck was almost 200 miles away so it was tough to put money on something you cant touch, but Derek sent me additional photos and sent me everything I needed to reassure me I was getting exactly what was pictured and listed. He sent the truck up to another Mullinax in Apopka Fl so I could test drive and inspect. Everything went smooth and easy, deal was done in less than an hour.
