Awesome buying experience, I told them what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay and they were excellent in not trying to upgrade me to any other decisions, in and out.

easy and fair

excellent response time from the moment I contacted Mullinax! it was very helpful to be able to make a deal without spending endless hours at the dealership. Great dealership!

Ford Trucks

Our sales manger was excellent! Ken went out of his way to get me what I requested! we have 3 new Ford trucks to add to our fleet and will be back in a few months to purchase a couple more.

Excellent service from their car salesman Ronnie

My wife and I walked in Wednesday Nov 25 Th to buy a newer car because it was time to let our 2001 Volvo go and upgrade ,which we did to a 2010 Subaru Impreza. Ronnie Butts was our salesman,he was very patient with us,very helpful and attentive and provided us a 5 stars service with choosing our newer car and with the whole buying process. They don't have any dealer's fee so they are not pushy like other dealers that try to sell you crap and they sell good quality cars ,most of them with a warranty. I would definitely go back there when time will come to buy another car,I strongly recommend all of my friends to go there because of there huge car selection and I would give my car salesman Ronnie Butts a 10+ and thank you to the entire Mullinax Ford team (salesman,finance department and the mechanics who made sure the car is safe an ready to be driven)!

Professional salespeople- poor management

I was possibly going to buy a used Ford F -150. The truck was priced fairly and in decent condition, however I noticed a small oil leak on the ground and noticed some oil on the oil pan. I asked if they could put the truck on the lift and identify where the oil was coming from. This was not a "as is" purchase, instead they were offering a limited 6 month warranty. All I asked was if they could put it up on a lift. If the oil was coming from a loose oil filter or just sloppy work from the mechanics, I would be OK with that. If the leak was from something else, obviously I would walk away. They said I could take the truck to my mechanic....Well I didn't have one near the dealership as I lived about 40 miles away. I wasn't going to pay someone $50 to put it up on the lift somewhere I didn't know the mechanics. Mine I trust and was not near the dealership. Their total lack of customer satisfaction in doing such a small request basically steered me away from the truck and dealership. I guess they can't back their used vehicles? They knew this truck had an oil leak issue beyond a simple fix? The sales guy was nice. The internet guy was respectful and followed up with me. I have a problem with the managers who refused the request to look at the origin of the leak. This made me have a lot of questions about their practices. I found a better truck somewhere else and paid less, I guess things happen for a reason.

The safety of our customers and employees is a top concern for us and made us unable to meet your request at that time.
