MKX Repair

The service was great and they took care of the problem with our power steering system of which we have had three occurrences that two included the loss of power steering and required towing. It is service like this that brings you back

New Purchase of a 2015 MKC

Traded my 2013 MKX for a 2015 MKC. I decided to try the lease plan (24 months) this time, and I had a good explanation of how that worked versus paying cash (as I have always done before). The Dealership Staff did a great job in locating the vehicle that we wanted (with all of the options that we wanted). Then they spent lots of time explaining all of the new features. We are very pleased with this experience. PS:That MKC with the 2.8L; 4WD really moves out.

My experience with Ed Howard Lincoln since 1986 has been consistently favorable. Lincolns have been the only cars I have owned or leased since that year. Currently, I am driving a Lincoln MKS which I like very much. The agency I use in Sarasota is managed by Mike Hill who I think is so knowledgeable about Lincoln and very accommodating. Lenore is great in the service department. Jim was very helpful to acquaint me with the workings of my first MKS. The Lincoln staff is friendly, the reception and public areas clean, coffee is pretty good and appreciated while I wait for my car to be serviced.

Good service

I did not purchase a vehicle. I took my 2004 (bought new) Aviator to you because although it had only 24,000+ miles on it, the motor for the 6-way passenger seat needed to be replaced because it was starting to go. I also had to replace (not at your dealership but at another, two months ago) the motor for the rear air conditioning because that had failed. As far as the motor for the seat, I was told that it was no longer in stock and that I would have to purchase a used one from a salvage place which your parts department took care of for me. So, as far as my purchasing another Lincoln in the future goes, I wouldn't bet on it. I would however say that the service I received at your dealership was very good, and Tim Little, the parts department manager with whom I dealt was very courteous, and professional.

Smooth vist to Service Dept.

My visit was smooth and without any complications. I was glad that the service Dept. checked my battery and found that I needed a new one. We are planning an extensive motor trip and was pleased that all items were checked and corrected as needed.

Relaxed,professional & not high pressure

My husband had me take my Lincoln in for brake booster and spoke to Lenore on price compared to other shops we have dealt with. They matched other pricing so we had work done there, but unfortunately when we picked up the brakes were locked and dragging due to broken brake switch so we returned and they immediately corrected. They explained it was ok after booster installed and must have happened soon after which I understand. Overall it was completed in a timely manner and we are most pleased. When we picked Lincoln back up, we dropped off T-bird for AC fan. Maybe next they will be working on any of our 5 work trucks. My husband's family owned Ford dealership for 50 years so I 'm glad Ed Howard passed his test.

Another Great Service Experience

The air conditioning system on my 2005 Lincoln LS started blowing hot, hot air late afternoon on Thu 7/2. After calling my Service Adviser Lanora Rambeau Smiley, I brought my drove my vehicle to Ed Howard Lincoln Friday morning, 7/3 at 9:30 am. I was on my way by noon! The problem was identified and fully explained to me by Lanora, the required part was in stock, and the overall repairs were covered by the extended warranty that I previously purchased from Jimmie Robinson. As always, I received my complementary car wash and interior vacuum. Lanora phoned me the following Monday to followup and make I was completely satisfied with the service I had received. All of this took place just before and after 4th of July weekend! At Ed Howard Lincoln, the people are great, the service is great, and the prices represent extremely fair value for services received! I look forward to my next REGULAR, PLANNED service visit to Ed Howard Lincoln!
