Lanora is an excellent Service Department representative and should be compensated as such. She goes way out of her to help me with getting what I needed for my car and making it able for me to take my trip to Michigan and New York to see my family.

Great response from staff.
I purchased a new 2014 MKZ from Ed Howard a year ago and took it in for service because it had a small oil drip. Service advised that the vehicle had a seal leak and it would take a few days to get the part in and repair. I advised staff that I was going out of town and would need the vehicle. Since they had to drop the transmission to replace the seal, they offered me a loaner vehicle at no charge. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were not inconvenienced. Made me feel as if this was my dealership for purchase or service.

I have nothing but high praise for the quality of the people at Ed Howard Lincoln. Lanora Rambeau has handled the service on both my Lincolns since 2006 when I bought the first one. It was because of her, primarily, that I considered Lincoln and subsequently bought my new Lincoln MKZ. I love the complimentary wash and vacuum service. That separates service from quality customer service. I feel very "at home" and comfortable in the care of Ed Howard Lincoln. It is not your typical car dealership.
