For context, I currently own 4 M-B vehicles and have owned at least 1M-B vehicle for 50+ years. Last year I bought a new 2024 AMG EQE?it is nice, pretty and a pleasure to drive; however, the fit and finish has not been up to M-B standards, imo. We had to have the entire dashboard realigned. It has now been at the dealership for almost 3 weeks to fix a software and/or sensor glitch. A part had to be ordered from Germany?that took a week. Another part had to be installed?that took a week. While the dealership personnel have been nice, we have been in a loaner for a week, plus.

CJ and Stephen were amazing to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable, super efficient and excellent customer service. I came in on a Friday night and left 2 hours later with my dream car. I had a trade in as well, and they made the entire process super easy. I'd highly recommend paying CJ a visit (and Stephen for financing) if you're in the market for a new (or used) car!

Brought my new Mercedes E-Class in for annual service and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism of everyone. My Service advisor was Randi and I was welcomed and treated as if I was the most important customer. I actually purchased my Mercedes from Mercedes of Sarasota because the service ratings were exemplary compared to dealer actually closer to my home!

We ordered a new GLE 450 , and during the manufacturing process, our original salesman left the dealership. We were turned over to Bill Zimmerman , who was excemplary in all aspects. He was prompt, curious and provide excellent guidance as we reviewed all the features of the new GLE.

Mercedes-benz that should mean something in the luxury

Mercedes-benz that should mean something in the luxury car department I don't think some of the employees see it as world class they need to do a 2 day training session that would let the employees know we be the very best in customer service even the smallest of things that makes a custom feels important small details like changing the battery in key fob i get my car back and notice that key fob battery needed to be changed thats something less the custom has to worry about thats from the techs to janitors and managers world class custom service is my number goals
