Traded in my vehicle in June 2024, they have it listed for sale and still have not sent in the payoff which is now affecting my credit due delinquent payment. Sent multiple messages to the sale rep, replied once but he never followed up. Called multiple times and left messages with no returned calls. Ready to return my purchase and retrieve my trade in.

If I could make this a negative experience I would. I bought a used car from them in March of 2022. 3 wks after owning the car the engine blew. I had to fight with management to get the engine covered if we paid what I can only assume was their deductible for insurance of $500. In a panic we agreed. Then a year later my catalytic converters went out with a message on my car to limit driving and pull over if car overheats and avoid high burn areas. (I'm paraphrasing). Took it back to them as the message clearly stated engine issues and I was supposed to have a 1yr warranty on the "new" engine. Was told it was only the battery, this was February of 2023, paid way to much for a new battery but did it since the car was already in and hoping they were correct. They were not as all the notifications came back on a few weeks later. Called them back and was told they are not a Honda dealership and since we're not a Mercedes customer they don't have time for us. We can drop it at Honda and IF it's warranty they will cover it but Honda is 3 months out for service and they would not provide a rental in that time since again we are not Mercedes customers. I'm pretty sure buying my car from you, Honda or not, makes me your customer. Now 17months after paying almost $400 for a new battery...my battery is dead. Now I wait for a manger to call me back. I was sold a lemon from them and in the 2yrs I have owned a car I have had to fix it way too many times for coming from a dealership that is supposed to check their cars out. I've been nice about the whole experience but I am not going to be quiet any longer.

Overall very nice experience.
Overall very nice experience. Not enough parking for customers, had to drive around dealership several times to find handicap parking and never found a open place to park. Service bar was O.K. but average at best coffee and water and drinks.I wanted a nicer M/B hat and received a cheap looking cap which I gave away.

We were looking for a specific year, make, model and price! Mercedes Benz of Sarasota was the Only dealership within in a 50 mile radius of our home that had exactly what we were looking for. Not only did they have the perfect used car it was in perfect condition! Our salesman Steven was a great negotiator on our behalf and we were very happy with the process and price. We were in and out in less than two hours. The whole experience was very pleasant. We definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Sarasota.
