Knowledgeable and Friendly!

after our purchase of a new 2019 Cadillac XT4, Joseph has made himself very available to assist with any needs. I called for help in one of the settings on my car and Joseph was very quick to assist me in the friendliest manner by talking me through the process step by step to a successful conclusion.

Bearing noise

I went to the dealership for the six month maintenance and a noise from the right front wheel. The Shop forman and Mike murphy both listened for the noise, and the shopforman road tested the car . The noise failed to reappear . MIke Murphy was as helpful as he always has been in trying to solve the noise problem.

Professional, Knowledgeable,& Friendly!

We went to Ed Morse Auto Plaza in Port Richey, Florida to "just look" at the 2019 GMC Canyon Crew Cab pick up truck. We were greeted by Daniel Whitehead who was very knowledgeable not only about the Canyon as well as other vehicles we inquired about. Based on all we learned about the Canyon from Daniel we decided we would make a offer to purchase it. Negotiation went smoothly with no pressure from Daniel or Terry, the Sales Manager. We did not trade in a vehicle or need financing so the terms were pretty cut & dry. We can't say enough about Daniel and this dealership, Daniel introduced us to most everyone, he showed us around the dealership making us feel at home!

What an amazing experience

No Pressure Customer Service Sale
