My latest new car purchase, in at least 25 words! (REQUIRED)

I am a repeat customer from a couple of years ago. Both purchases were handled by Tracy. An excellent experience from start to finish. It was like visiting with my favorite cousin, one that I hadn't seen in too long. I intend to pass along her contact info to everyone I know when they are ready to purchase a vehicle. No, I was not compensated in exchange for a good review, although Tracy did offer candy from her private stash! THANKS AGAIN!

POOR COMMUNICATION

Purchased this certified preowned vehicle from Ferman. We worked with a salesman who is no longer employed. We shared our interest in this vehicle, but questioned a ticking noise we heard from the hood. We were assured that this was normal for this particular make and model. We went ahead and purchased upon the terms that we would not take immediate delivery, as the salesman was going to have the noise checked by the service department and perform some minor paint touch ups. At our first service appointment (app. 3500 miles) we stressed Our concern that this noise was getting worse with time and we also had a major clunking noise coming from the front left side of the vehicle. We were told immediately by the service tech that the ticking noise was not normal at all, and is a very common drive shaft issue being found with the Chrysler 300, which the salesman should have known and advised. There were no shop records to validate that this issue was checked on our vehicle prior, as we were informed. As for the front end noise, it was determined to have been bad struts. Due to the unfair circumstances, we sought help from the used sales manager. The lifter repairs was covered under warranty. They agreed to waive the diagnostic fee and cover the replacement of both struts. The manager stated that perhaps these things were overlooked when the car was taken in and reviewed for resale. These items were not indicated as faulty on the checklist we were provided with at time of sale. As of today, ticking noise has been resolved, however we still have noise coming from the front end. Tried reaching our service person ((ED) for some time and was told that he was on vacation and a note would be forwarded for him to get back to us ASAP. Tried to schedule an appointment via the service line and no one answers. Left voicemail messages for service and to date, no returned calls. Tried to follow up via the automated text line , no response received. Finally today, we headed straight to the dealership to learn that we were AGAIN provided with bad information as our service tech was no longer employed with Ferman. We were told that service could not tend to us right away because we had no appointment (which we could not get a hold of someone to make). So we were taken home by their courtesy driver and are awaiting a phone call. Obviously the struts were not the only problem as the issue remains.

Amazing

They are very helpful and help you find something that you like. They are always attentive and straight forward when it comes to getting you at car. They treat you there customers as if there were their own family. Highly recommend this place.

Good Followup

Service did a good job on tire problem and followed up up getting an appointment for intermittent start problem.All work was completed in a timely manner

Finally Good Service

I bring my vehicle to this dealership because it's conveniently close to work. With exception of my last visit, every time I would dropped my vehicle off for service, I would not receive a call telling me my car was ready for pickup. It was like pulling teeth to findout if my car was ready before getting off work at 4:00pm. A couple times I literally had to just get dropped off up there in hopes that it was ready. Very, very frustrating! On my last visit I dropped my car off at 7:30am and Becky sent me a text at 10:30am to tell me my car was ready. WOW! The repairs they've made on my vehicle have always been top notch. They've always diagnosed and repaired my vehicle properly the first time. I've never had to return because something wasn't repaired correctly. For that reason I give them an overall rating of 5 Stars.

Very Happy with Ferman

My husband and I bought a travel trailer and decided we needed a new bigger and better truck to pull it. My husband wanted a particular truck with particular features and he decided on the Diesel Ram 1500 truck. Joseph Vega was very patient with us and thorough. He was also very friendly and made us feel at ease. We were very pleased with his professionalism. We were also very pleased with Eric Dugas in finance and the manager Mark Goode. Our whole experience was great and we will definitely refer our family and friends to Ferman of New Port Richey.
