The only problem is using the phone to arrange service. The phone is not picked up. Messages are not returned. Fermin will have to figure out if this is a phone system issue or a human issue or Fermin just wants service customers to arrange things online. My good friend experiences the same problem when calling. Other than that I'm totally satisfied with the service I receive.
