I dropped my car off on Thurs 3/28/19 @ approximately 4:00 pm for my Fri 3/29/19 appt @ 11:30 am. However, when arrived on Fri afternoon to pick up my car, the Service Advisor I was assigned to had no idea it was there. I presume the Service advisor who took my car didn't communicate that.
