Leasing a 2020 Ford Escape
We have been dealing with Nick Nicholas Ford for over 10 years. Our experience with leasing was made simple and pleasant due to,their over-all expertise. Our sales person, Michelle over extends herself by not only her knowledge of the vehicle but takes as much time as needed for the Technical aspect involved in using all the tools in the interior. When all is said and done, we feel very Confident driving our new vehicle.

Felt like "Part of the Family".
I've impressed with the sales & service operations. They were very attentive to my needs by giving me logical reasons to purchase vs. more service. No pressure sales, compared future service (never down playing the service dept.) vs. what a purchase would do for me. I especially enjoyed working with Larry Dash, the sales people that supported him (Joe and sales manager). They are all very professional !

Nick Nicholas always makes you feel like you are buying a vehicle from honest people. My family has purchased more that 10 vehicles from Kim Williams and she is the absolute bomb digitty! When my wife has our baby that is expected in May, we will name it Kimberly if it’s a girl or William if it’s a boy. That is how awesome Kim is!

Bob & I bought two cars, a Lincoln &Fusion. Mr. Garrett did the paper. I have Known him since the 1980. As always GREAT SERVICE! Rex set up the GPS for the Lincoln and showed me how to use some of the features on my Fusion. Mr. Dick Clark did the paper work in fast order. Thanks for the Great Friendly Service. We used both the Service Department - Roger and Brian Collins helped us out with our issue on our Ford Explorer! They were professional and got to the bottom of the issue. We decided that it was time for a trade in, so we went over to Sales. Dee Knight in Sales did an excellent job of helping us find the right 2020 Ford Edge for our needs.
