I went to five Ford dealerships and Dee Knight was the only one that fully explained the programs and helped me get the best deal. And was the only one out of the five dealerships to call me back.. I also felt that they were not trying to load me up on extra costs. Their extended warranty wad more that fair and a good value. I will tell my friends about Dee and Nick Nicholas Ford.

Amazing dealership
Buying a car can be overwhelming but at Nick Nicholas Ford they make the experience a great one. I had the honor of working with Rex! He talked me through every step and answered all the questions. He couldn’t have been more nice and understanding this was my first car purchase! He was so easy to talk to and never made me felt overwhelmed! The whole staff is so warming and treats you like family!! Thank you Rex and the staff for a great experience!

Trading in the Ranger
The day came that had to trade in the 1996 Ranger I have had for 21 years. Not that it was failing, but at my age manual transmission and window handles, I had enough. Folks had told me about Kim, so I contacted her. I wanted a super cab, so she was happy to order one for me. Over the months to come she kept me updated, till the day she called and let me know it had arrived. The transfer was painless, Kim was so helpful, and knowledgeable when she showed me how everything worked. We have been in contact since when I had questions or concerns. Great person to work with, will return some day to purchase another Ford product. I just hope she is still around to help me out. She is a A1 salesperson that Nick Nicholas should be proud to have on staff.

Not the greatest experience
Went to look at a used truck to replace the truck my insurance was going to mail me a check for test drive the truck loved it, told him I wanted it but I had to wait for the insurance check to come I had the rest of the cash I just was waiting on the one check left a deposit explain that the check would not be there till the end of the next week, was told that was not a problem I spoke to a manager Friday they agreed to let me pick the truck up and take it to my mechanic to be looked at as they said they were not going to do anything else and the truck was being sold as is and there was a small oil leak I wanted to know where it was coming from I told them that I would be there Wednesday or Thursday to pick the truck up. I also spoke to my salesman who left for vacation Wednesday afternoon by text Wednesday at 12:30 to inform him that I would be there either that afternoon or the next day to pick the truck up and if it passed all the mechanic looking at it then I would be purchasing it as the check was guaranteed Thursday morning by 10 a.m. when I called Thursday afternoon to tell them I was on my way to pick the truck up I was told the truck was no longer at the dealership I asked where it was they had sent it to the auto auction either Tuesday or Wednesday I was told my deposit expired on Tuesday yet I was never informed of that nor called nor texted or emailed that the truck had left the dealership I texted my salesperson to ask him what was going on and to this day there has been no response I did end up talking to another sales person at the dealership and we did get this handled but what a horrible experience it was before that

I have never had a dealer be some fast or fair. We negotiated a good price they were fair on my trade in. It was amazing experience. I will always give Nick Nicholas Ford first chance to sell me a truck.

Shame on You Ford Motor Company! Shame on you Nick Nicholas!
Shame on you Ford Motor Company! Shame on you Nick Nicholas Ford! In October, 2016, after our 2006 Chevrolet HHR was destroyed by Hurricane Hermine, to help us out, our son-in-law sold us his one year old 2015 Ford Explorer Sport, a beautiful, high performance, top of the line, $50K vehicle. We were hesitant at first as it was way more expensive, larger, heavier, AWD, turbo charged, less mpg than we would typically buy. But as soon as we started driving the vehicle, we fell in love with it. Fast forward, June 2017, we noticed paint bubbling on the edges of the hood and promptly took it to our hometown dealer, Nick Nicholas Ford of Crystal River FL who had been servicing it for us since day one. We were referred to their sister dealership in Inverness, FL where the body work is performed. Patrick Nantz there inspected the vehicle and told us they had been seeing this issue, stating something about the use of a new aluminum product causing defective hoods. He submitted a warranty claim to Ford who promptly agreed to repaint the hood. We have owned many vehicles over the years, never encountering a paint issue on a new car, or even on ones owned ten years. We put our complete trust in Ford Motor Company and Nick Nicholas Ford and drove off as happy campers with the belief that the problem was diagnosed and corrected in the proper manner to be a long term solution. Fast forward, May, 2019, less than 2 years since the repaint, less than four years in service, yet out of bumper to bumper warranty, the paint on the repainted hood began bubbling in the exact same fashion. We returned to Nick Nicholas Ford where once again Mr. Nantz looked at the problem and basically repeated that this was a known issue which Ford is now remedying by replacing the hoods, rather than repainting them. A new claim which clearly is related to the original claim was filed and, surprisingly to us, denied, stating the vehicle is no longer under factory warranty, sorry. Shame on you Ford Motor Company. If this is not an example of a preexisting condition, please give me one!!! It was obviously not corrected the first time around. If Ford Motor Company or their representative Nick Nicholas Ford can not diagnose the problem properly and have it repaired properly to begin with, where are we to turn? Mr. Nantz made it clear that his hands were tied with Ford, but that we may be able to get some assistance from an in house advocate whom we never even spoke. Finally, after three weeks of waiting, several calls and second visit, we were given two options. Nick Nicholas Ford would offer us an employee rate of $300 to repaint it, but would not warrant it. What? When did you stop backing your work?!? Since it was already re-painted once at the this dealership and the problem came back, wouldn’t we think it probably will again? So no thanks to that one. Or second, we could buy a new hood for $1600, basically take it or leave it. Wow! Mr. Nantz then suggested we take our business back to Crystal River as Nick Nicholas Ford had recently sold out there to The Crystal Group who should now be our hometown dealer, this even though Nick Nicholas Ford is a mere 15 minute drive from our home. If we were buying a new car would they send us away to our ‘hometown’ dealer then?? Most likely not. Shame, shame Nick Nicholas Ford! I wonder if Mr. Nick Nicholas would accept reoccurring paint on his less than four year old $50,000 vehicle? Now we learn that the vehicle is under a factory recall...again! Could we perhaps suggest that these defective hoods also be added to the recall list? Again, we have had lots of vehicles over the years, several of them Fords. My husband had two Pintos, a Ranger, an Expedition, I drove a Taurus, my daughter’s first car was a Contour, her second an Escape Hybrid. Ford has had great looking models over the years and we do support the domestic economy and employment. And although General Motors has had most of our business over the years, there has never been a reason not to buy a Ford, nor to boycott Nick Nicholas Ford. Until now. These comments may serve as our customer satisfaction survey. What rating do they deserve? Shame on you Ford Motor Company! Shame on you Nick Nicholas Ford!
