Our service associate Amber was amazing!

Our service associate Amber was amazing! She worked with us to get our car in quickly, and assigned it to a service staff member that was equipped to address our complex problem. She kept us informed of the repair process throughout, and got us back on the road!

I drove all the way from Houston to lease one of their

I drove all the way from Houston to lease one of their IONIQ 6’s because they offered me the best deal in the area. Unlike other dealerships who lure customers with the promise of a good deal just to switch it up once they arrived, Red McCombs was honest and accurate. Once I arrived, my sales person, Lee, had my deal and car ready to go. All I had to do was sign the final lease paperwork and it was done. Great job!

Took Santa Fe in for recall work: multi fuse and security

Took Santa Fe in for recall work: multi fuse and security software upgrade. AFTER signing consent for work to be performed, a fee of $109 was added. Initially told.it was a computer glitch but then informed by the cashier only a service manager could add the charge. When I asked to speak with that manager was told he was "busy" with another vehicle (how convenient). Very shady business practice
