They took six hours to complete the work on my vehicle.

They took six hours to complete the work on my vehicle. They never told me they would take so long otherwise I would’ve left it at the dealer overnight but instead I waited. Totally wasted my day

I am extremely satisfied with my choice to visit Red

I am extremely satisfied with my choice to visit Red McCombs Hyundai. The dealership, along with its staff, was incredibly accommodating and ensured that the car-buying experience was smooth and stress-free. The assistance provided by Marcus was excellent - he maintained communication without being pushy, which was a welcome change. This was the first time I actually enjoyed purchasing a car! I wish more dealerships could emulate the honesty and professionalism displayed by this establishment.

Service center didn't even notice a nail sticking out 2

Service center didn't even notice a nail sticking out 2 inches from the tire and still Rotated it without removing it. Even after we told the tech there was a nail in the tire to please ensure the tire was safe and tended to. This lack of detail, attention, and quality craftsmanship Is the reason we are going to take our vehicle to another service center. When you're charged several thousands of dollars more for your purchase of a new car and maintenance package you expect exceptional maintenance service. That wasn't the case and my wife and I are very disappointee with this center.

Hannah worked with me and got me in a brand new Hyundai

Hannah worked with me and got me in a brand new Hyundai Kona. She quite literally is the reason I got the car. She kept in touch with me and was so professional. Thank you for making my first solo car buying experience so amazing Hannah.

The service, personnel and facilities were excellent

The service, personnel and facilities were excellent (5-stars) However, I GAVE IT 1 STAR SO YOU WILL NOTICE THIS!!! I almost hit a man walking across the drive-in dropoff/pickup bay as I was pulling into the bay. He came out from the gap in the railing right by the door as I was pulling in. The pedestrian door there has a full glass window, but it must have a coating to reduce sunlight because one can see out but not in. I obviously couldn't see him in advance, and he was either not paying attention or perhaps misjudged my approach. In any case, it was a very near miss, and left me (and I imagine him too) shaken for a good while. I recommend several ways to fix this: 1. Close off the opening in the pedestrian railing right by the door. You could just weld a chain across there (with a clasp and a hanging sign asking folks to go around. This will prevent pedestrians from walking out directly from behind the door and into the bay unseen by motorists, while leaving you a opening if you need it for other purposes. 2. Post prominent signs alerting pedestrians to look both ways for oncoming cars (since vehicles go in and out of the bay both ways). 3. Post prominent sign(s) alerting motorists to watch for pedestrian traffic. This could be painted right on the pavement leading up to the bay or on the front of the building. 4. Consider installing some yellow-painted speed bumps on the entry sides of the bay to help slow traffic into the bay. I wasn't speeding per se, but I did have to gas it a little to get up the rise and into the bay. Although my speed was slow enough to stop within 12-24 inches, speed bumps may have helped me be more aware of the situation and ensured my approach was as slow as possible. This is really a safety issue. Allowing pedestrians to step out from behind a doorway unseen is going to end in tragedy at some point. Please fix this! Again, you services, personnel, etc. were excellent -- 5-stars. However, nearly hitting someone (or conversely, nearly being hit), in a preventable situation, is a 1-star experience. I will be back every quarter for service, so I will be checking to see that this is fixed. Thanks!

Our sales woman did a gret job.

Our sales woman did a gret job. The Finance manager was kind and open to listen to our concerns and figure out a good number. Finally, Our representative did an amazing job explaining the last details of our contract.
