A good place

I was ready to purchase a pre-owned BMW i3 and trade in my present car. I found that BMW of San Antonio had several in stock. I made an appointment with Pedro Davila, who I asked -first thing- if he knew "everything there is to know about the i3". He laughingly said he did, and sure enough he was right. The car was waiting right by the door and in charge mode. Pedro gave us a very knowledgeable review before we went for the test drive. As I drove the car he was able to describe other features. Pedro was not at all aggressive as far as the purchase went - he was encouraging but left time for questions and thought. We did the necessary paperwork and finalized the deal, pretty painlessly! My only negative is that the waiting time after the purchase to actually drive the car home was very long. This is not really anyone's "fault" because it was the last day of the month, a holiday weekend, and end of the sales cycle, but with my cash purchase I certainly didn't think I'd have to wait for the finance department to finish off the details. I suspect if you go during the week or on an earlier weekend there would not be that problem. The staff at the dealership is friendly and helpful, and the waiting area nice. This was a good experience over-all and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Great experience

Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. My sales men and financial manager were great and couldn’t have asked for anything more! I’m very happy with the two gentlemen I got to work with which were nick and Blake salesmen. Business manager was Micheal whipple was such a great guy and only wish him the best of health in the future . Thank u for everything guys!!

San Antonio dealership is fantastic, both sales and service

We recently purchased a second BMW from the San Antonio dealership. One reason was the quality experience with our first purchase, both the sales and service have been outstanding. Mini Countryman breeze!

Best Sales Representative

I have bought many cars sadly the process usually horrible and the outcome less than ideal. My sales representative Daniel Manzuelo made it easier and ensured to get me into a car that i would enjoy driving for a very long time to come. Both Daniel and the Internet Sales Director have reached out several times to ensure I have been happy with my new BMW. The finance manager was helpful and engaging even when giving some unpleasant news around new laws that affect active duty military members and their spouses when financing a vehicle.
