Brought the car into quicklane with what I suspected was a battery issue because I mistakenly thought I had purchased the battery from the dealership. It took 5 days for them to tell me I needed approximately $2000 of work just to start and I probably couldn't drive the car off the lot. I paid for the unessesary electronics diagnostic that had nothing to do with issues, had a wrecker pick up the car and deliver to another service provider because they convinced me I could not drive it.off the lot. Would not give me electronic diagnostic print out. Second service provider confirmed no issue with battery and fixed other issues for $850. The service manager I dealt with was not friendly, or responsive and dragged out their diagnostics for days and over the weekend. She never called me back when she said she would. Instead, I had to track her down before 3pm when the technicians were getting ready to leave. I bought my lemon of a car from this dealership new and paid the outrageous rates to maintain it there for years. Never again. The folks in the quickservice department are very friendly and professional even if they did start the downward spiral with claiming an electrical problem and handing if off the the dealership service department. It is the full service department that is a real problem.

Andy Ortiz was a pleasure to work with. He had sold me my previous (now totaled) Ford Escape in what was the easiest car purchase of my life, so I went straight back to him. So I called in and had them put parts aside for me and...
So I called in and had them put parts aside for me and they told me that they had pulled the parts for me and that I can come pick it up anytime before 3pm. I was driving in for the parts as I live almost 1.5hrs away. Well before leaving I called them again to verify that the parts have indeed been pulled for me and they told me yes it was already pulled and ready for me to pick up. Well when I get there and pay for the parts they then tell me they sold it to someone else 5 min before me. I was furious as they made me drive 1.5 hrs for this one part that they just sold to someone else. The manager was not apologetic or anything. Didnt offer any solution or anything to fix the issue. Just said we will void this transaction. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! Just because of this situation I will NEVER buy any parts or cars from them ever again.
