This is the second truck purchase I've made from Tommie...

This is the second truck purchase I've made from Tommie Vaughn Ford. Great staff. Everyone here works hard to make the vehicle purchasing experience a pleasant one. Fair pricing on trade-ins as well. This is the only dealership I will purchase from and I recommend Tommie Vaughn Ford to all my friends and family. The F & I Department was able to reduce my sale purchase price in addition to the already discounted price from the salesman, David. This dealership is fair and never pressured me to purchase anything. I recommend purchasing the FORD Extended warranty. You can check it out before going to the dealership on Ford.com. These guys do a great job taking care of customers.

Dropped off vehicle 8:00am for oil change and brake job...

Dropped off vehicle 8:00am for oil change and brake job while I was at work. Arrived back around 2:30pm at the dealership and nothing was done to my vehicle. That was a waste of time!

I suffered under damage when evacuating New Orleans for Hurricane Ida. In a strange town, I was welcomed, and my repaired was effected promptly. AND, these folks went out of their way to get me back on the road.

Very professional and courteous. Prompt and knowledgeable about the car and help in the financing process. Good training in the operation of the new car and all of its features.

Bobby in service is horrible! My truck had a computer...

Bobby in service is horrible! My truck had a computer problem and would just stall. They had my truck all day. They were supposed to run diagnostic on it and didn’t. He said they drove truck for 45 minutes and it didn’t die on them. (Lie). I get in the truck, drive 5 blocks and truck dies. Took it to Mobil on 18th & Ella fixed it in a day! Tommy Vaughn Ford service and Booby suck! I do not recommend these jokers!

I go in often and never disappointed. They let me know up front if they have time or not. Did a great job for an inspection in less than an hour!

I’ve been going to Tommie Vaughn for 20+ years. Simply because they treat you like family. Whether it’s the service department or sales I’ve never been disappointed or let down. I think the cool thing is it hasn’t changed a whole lot with the exception of brand new pretty buildings since Mr. Vaughn was there
