I have always been very satisfied with the service I received at Tommy Vaughn Ford. The staff are polite and respectful, and the waiting area is pleasant. If you are going to buy a Ford, this is a good place to do it.

David Watson was very patient and accommodating throughout the purchasing process. I never got harassing phone calls while I was mulling over my purchase over the course of a few days. I appreciate David for taking the time to explain all of the features in the vehicle, as well as introducing me to other staff members that I will come to know on more detailed terms as I bring in my car for service. Sue in finance explained all the options and helped develop a payment plan that I could live with. Overall, what could have been an incredibly taxing process was made relatively painless from people that are dedicated and committed to the ideals and high standards of Henry Ford and Tommie Vaughn. I can't speak of when I'll make my next car purchase, but it will definitely be from David Watson at Tommie Vaughn Ford.

Was in to have passage mirror changed and oil changed. Arrived early Friday morning, was thinking we're take three to four hours to complete both jobs. Was complete in two hours. This was great. Randy did a great job scheduling and the techs that did the mirror and oil Change did a fast and great job.

All the staff were very helpful, easy to get the financing, got me better rate than my credit union was offering. Sales person located the vehicle, including color that we were looking for, in another state and got it to the dealership within a couple of days of when we communicated with him what we were looking for.

This service department is the best In Houston. I have been to several other ford dealerships in Houston and none can compare. The advisors are always willing to listen and explain exactly what they fixed. Only place I go to get service.
