Efficient Service

It was very efficient. I got in and didn't have to wait as long as I thought that I would have to. My service adviser was very professional.

Great Service

I was leaving town on Saturday and had to have a leaking power steering line replaced on my 2013 Edge. I was able to have the work done on Friday so I could leave town the next day. Thanks for the assistance in getting in and the professional work done. Thanks for the help.

A new car - Fusion

I worked with Javier Cavazos on a new Fusion. He and Max did a good job trying to find what I wanted and working with the price. They were low pressure and let me make up my own mind. I was NOT bombarded with emails and phone calls like some dealers. Very enjoyable experience for me. Their new showroom is nice as well!

Terrific Service Department!

Love Liz in your service department! She has always provided terrific service. I also like the honesty the service department provides with repair work....no surprises and the repairs have always proven to be well taken of. It's important to me to keep my truck running tip top particularly when pulling my horse trailer with my gentle giant Halo!

Excellent service & Waiting Area

Waiting area was excellent, very comfortable, offer use of iPads while you wait, can connect to their wifi, Free soda fountain, service was quick, they said it would be about 45 minutes for an oil change and it only took them 35 minutes

Excellent experience!

I have a strong dislike for car dealerships. You generally see the worst of customer service in sales. Tommy Vaughn Ford restored my faith in my fellow salesmen. Our salesman was very polite, and very knowledgeable. He and the sales manager gave us a great price. When we got a better price, they gladly met it. There was no after sales gauntlet. No accessories salesman, no warranty salesman, no finance salesman. We used the Ford a financing. The finance man was a pleasure to deal with too. I strongly suggest you try Tommy Vaughn Ford.

In LOVE with My FORD

Have been to several different dealerships in my lifetime, and by far this place is top notch quality service. Everyone, I mean every single employee there greeted me and made me feel comfortable. Beautiful showroom floor and waiting area. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check this place out. I left with a new ford focus and am in LOVE with it!
