very good experience

It was a pleasant experience due to the fact that I was not pounced on or hounded the way a person is at other dealerships. The staff was very friendly, and never really tried to influence or persuade me to get something I didn't ask for or want.

David Watson is awesome. Although he's deliberate, he tries to listen what is important to not just what truck I want but why I want the deal structured a certain way. He knows the business well.

Great service and most comfortable waiting area !

Came in for a simple oil change. The waiting area for customers is the finest I have ever had the opportunity to see or use. It makes waiting for things like oil changes enjoyable which is almost an oxymoron. On top of this great service for a fair price. Thank You TVF!!

Oil change

The new waiting room is excellent and the refreshments are also excellent. The associates was very prompt to attend to me when I arrived.

Great personalized service- exceptional facility

Prompt. Courteous personalized attention. Love the new dealership design. Great waiting experience with coffee drinks and very comfortable waiting area.

Relaxing facility

Even though the wait for service was long; the TV, King Ranch shop, and snacks help out with the wait.

Excellent Service

Staff were all very friendly! No pressure to purchase things I didn't want. Finance handled paper work very fast. We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour.
