overall experience - great

went to Quick Lane for "The Works". Friendly Service, Comfortable surroundings. Only problem was the 2 1/2 hrs it took but as they are temporarily working out of the main facility that probably slowed them. I had previously used Quick Lane 5 or 6 times and the wait was much shorter. Overall it was good.

Great service and real nice people.

The way everyone greated us. Offered use something to drink while we waited. Helped us with every question we had. Got us the best deal. Very nice experience.

Great Service from David Bagby. Called for Kirby, but he was to busy, he said, and turned me over to David, and I am glad he did. I buy a lot of trucks, and I will call David from now on!! I bought this truck site unseen. Even the lady that handled the financing was great and efficient. Tommy would be proud !!

Great service

I like having a service rep there at 6:00 AM. Liz Bell was very courteous and helpful. My vehicle was ready when she said it would be and the cost was what she said it would be.

New Edge, for a new Texan

I knew I wanted an Edge, I came into the used lot with a mission. David Lefkowitz(sp?) was so helpful for the moment I stepped on the dealership. He took his time explaining all my options and nevertheless me feel pressured to buy if it wasn't the right fit. Overall car buying can be stressful as a single woman, thinking like someone is going to trick and cheat you. That wasn't my experience at all and I am so thankful and happy with my car.

Texas Style Service

First of all I like going online and putting in the request for my car to be service....I love the fact that after talking to Brett the service manger I felt my car would be in good hands. Last but not least Tommy Vaughan's renovations are beautiful! Keep up the good work!
