Sales Department was great. Service has been great. The title department screwed up the transfer of my plates cost me a few hundred dollars so I can’t give them 5 stars.

Awful customer service.
Awful customer service. Not only did you sell my Transit to somebody else, make me wait a year for the wrong vehicle, but you also lied to me about the vehicle being transported already when it hadn't even started building yet.

Luis Acosta is an Amazing, patient, knowledgeable service advisor. He does an Awesome job always. I moved to another area of town which is over 40 minutes away but I prefer coming to this dealership to get my vehicle service due to the amazing, courteous and kind service advisor whom is Luis Acosta.

Seamless drop off and pick up but not sure why it takes a
Seamless drop off and pick up but not sure why it takes a week for only 2 hours worth of work to be completed. I would like it more if they were able to work on my truck same day or at least do a diagnostic first, then order whatever parts are needed so I don’t have to leave my vehicle there for a week.
