Great customer service. Aaron helped me out on a bed cover I purchased from a aftermarket store. I could not get my Power tailgate to come up and lock because of the bed cover he showed me what needed to be done. I brought it back from where I purchased it from and they fix the problem.. I Also have an appointment set up with Aaron on the 19th to get a 2 inch leveling kit on my 2025 Ford F150. Aaron has been a great help on that project as well.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would!! They lied deceived and misrepresented several things including sales promotions, optional versus non optional items, what was included in the car, etc. I asked for the window sticker, they said they didn’t have one. I found out after the fact that I was charged 4K for an unnecessary package that include a universal garage door opener and heated seats (in Texas)!They said the promotions were only on 2024 models which was not true. They said the LoJack was already installed on the car. They charged me for it only to find out later that it doesn’t have one. They stole the refund for the MPP plan I had on the car I traded in. They refuse to return my calls and my e-mails. This is the 3rd and last car I will ever purchase from them. They are a bunch of liars and crooks. They have zero integrity. Don’t waste your time or money there.
