Awesome awesome awesome.
I have been looking for my vehicle for six months. Everyplace I went they tried to give me the runaround and overcharge me and wasted my time. At Joe Myers Ford pre-owned the guys were knowledgeable, helpful, honest and Respectful of my time. Everything they told me they would do and about the vehicle was exactly true. They didn’t try to charge me a penny more than we agreed upon. I won’t shop anywhere else. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Best experience buying a vehicle we ever had
Joe, Jarrod and Josh were wonderful. They were informative, very friendly, and helpful. We would recommend anyone we know to go see them when they are ready to purchase new or used vehicle. Josh in Finance explained things that we did not know as well as Jarrod and Joe explained about the truck. They did not use any pressure tactics which was unusual in past experiences.

Disappointed
My husband and I recently purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus. After driving it a short time we realized that there is a significant wind noise that seems to be coming from the windshield. After the service department kept my car for 9 days and telling me the windshield needed to be repositioned the car was returned to me without anything being done to eliminate the wind noise. When I called to speak to the service manager, John, about it he was rude. He wasn’t interested in what I had to say and talked over me. He also did not call me back when he had said he would. I am very discouraged that they didn’t fix the issue with my brand new car and that he is the service manager at the dealership where I bought my car.
