Went to myers for my second new ford. Trade in was according to kbb - top value was given. Discount on new car was great. Michelle is a sweetheart and is taking all the time you need. Especially compared to other dealerships in the houston area, this one is the best. It's a big one, but you feel like in a family owned business. Will certainly consider buying my next car at myers again!

This is my 2nd vehicle to buy from Joe Myers Ford as I had an awesome experience the 1st time, so I decided to go back and give them another shot at my business. My last sales professional moved into a new field, so Michelle offered to help me out. She was totally on it. Found out what I was looking for and took me out for a comprehensive review of the truck I was considering. She was so well versed in the options that it literally left me with no questions. From the receptionists who coordinated the kind introduction to Michelle all the way to Corey in the finance department and then to Jean Ferow, the professional who explained the owners manual docs/key review and also helped with app set up, the professionals at Joe Myers dealership did not disappoint. 5 stars on everything in my book. No doubt, I'll be back again one day.

Today I found a Cadillac Escalade on the internet and called to see if they still had it in stock. I had the pleasure of speaking with Shelly drake over the phone about the vehicle. Told her my interest and that I was on the way and will be there in 10 minutes. Once I got there Shelly already had the Cadillac pulled up to the front door waiting on me as well as 3 other vehicles lined up that were similar. She was well educated ok each vehicle and could answer any questions I had just like that. We reviewed car faxes side by side between the vehicles and I ultimately decided on the Cadillac. While we were waiting to cross the Ts and dot the I’s she gave me some snacks and made me feel right at Home. I am a hassle to deal with from time to time and never once did she become flustered and hung in there till the financing was complete. Very much so enjoyed getting to know her alone the way today. Easily top notch best client adviser I have ever dealt with. Would and will recommend to anyone and everyone in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle!

Went looking for this 2014 FX4 that was on your Web Site and when my wife and I arrived that Saturday evening I was informed by Joe Snow it sold a couple of hours ago.
