Excellent experience at Joe Myers, Thanks Malachi!

I am truly a satisfied customer! I spent 10+ years in the auto industry from buying/selling/financing to ops and have seen it all and know how it works. Personally I have bought and traded in 8 vehicles in 17 years and this was my most pleasant purchase thanks to Malachi Ohrabka and his willingness/patience in working with me. I originally came in looking for a used truck but ended up leaving with a new 2014 4wd F-150. Customer First

Mack did a great job of taking care of my Fusion Hybrid. The factory recall was no big deal. The secondary fried electronics module was disappointing since the car is only about 3 months old. But it was operator error. Mack called to give me an update every business day and offered to reassemble the car for us while waiting over the weekend for a USB cable. He was truly about providing good service. I really like that Mack was open and honest about what might have happened regarding the fried module if we had just played it cool and said "We don't know what happened." versus "My son dropped the other end of the phone charger cable into the 12V power receptacle." He said he appreciated the honesty and it was very helpful in sorting out the problem and meant that the part would not have to go to Ford for a full investigation. Operator error doesn't fall under mechanical warranty, so it cost me to have it fixed.

Great Service All Around!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer Sport and a 2014 F150. I was VERY impressed with how nice and helpful everyone at Joe Myers Ford was, from the salesmsalesmen to maintenance department, to finance, and customer service. No one seemed pushy or like they were just trying to make a sale. Everyone was friendly and made me feel like I had known them forever. They made me feel like I was important and like they were interested in getting me into a vehicle that was right for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership. In fact, the previous day I went to a different dealership ready to purchase 2 vehicles and the salesman acted uninterested, so I researched other places and found Joe Myers. SO happy I went with this choice!! That's the other dealership's loss!! My mother in law purchased a vehicle here as well instead of the other dealership!!

Evaluation

I traded in a 2008 F150 Lariat and purchased a 2014 F150 XLT. The sales process was low pressure, it took less than 45 minutes to agree on a price, and I believe I got a very fair deal on the truck. I had been to two other Ford dealers prior to coming to Joe Myers and was not happy with the process or the people. On the other hand at Joe Myer's, Joe Ramirez on the sales side and Craig Bosley on the finance side were both very helpful and professional and easily answered all my questions. Joe helped me pair my phone with the Blue tooth system before I left the dealership, and the following day also scheduled the installation of a spray-in bed liner and took immediate care of a windshield wiper problem that I had with the truck. Overall the service and the people were excellent!
