I purchased a Mercedes Benz GLE350

I am very disappointed. My salesman Freddy was great. That?s what the two stars are for. However the most important part the vehicle was not. I purchased my car and not even 20min. Of having it the vehicle completely stalled and cut off. The engine light also came on. Also, my bumper is slowly becoming detached. I was told that this dealership does 5 start checks on all pre-owned vehicles. This cannot be the case with the condition that this vehicle was sold to me in. I am not waiting for the service department to figure out my engine issues. Thankfully after expressing much disappointment to service & my salesman I was finally informed that I could get a loaner which was not even offered giving everything that my newly purchased vehicle had going on.

Fantastic service

Our buying process for the 2021 GMC Sierra was excellent. Our sales rep was Evan Curole and he did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable, and accommodating. We would recommend Evan to anyone looking to purchase a new or prep owned vehicle.

Maintenance Van

Very professional and pleasant experience. I met with the dealer 3 times and had a great experience all 3 times. In and out quickly with no attempt at up-selling things I was not interested in.
