Trading in Used for New

It was a great experience and my salesman, Conner, was quick and efficient. He did not keep me there all day like some tend to do or try to talk me into anything I couldn?t afford. I knew what I wanted and he found exactly what I asked for.

i would buy from them again i drove 3 hour's to get a truck worked deal over phone and they don't sell wore out trucks

SAFETY RECALL 19S07 - Lamarque will not help

Bought a Ford f150 from Lamarque in 12/09/19, truck had a major safety recall that was issued on 4/19 involving the lead frame assembly. Truck shifts to 1st gear suddenly and unexpectantly, 1st time this happened nearly crossed over the median. Called Lamarque and they will do nothing to assist, do not buy a car from these folks. They sold the truck to me without any notice of the recall and will do nothing to assist with fixing the issues.

Scarce

Once the sale is done they don’t want to talk to you beware inflated purchase price and charged for things I didn’t get said it was on backorder

2019 Corvette

Car buying was easy. The follow up of paper work to the state of Texas was awful. Gave them all my paper that was needed but they neglected to send in the inspection report and didn’t even fill out application for title and registration. Now it’s up to me to get this done. Very very poor follow up on their part.

Not recommending them

Buying experience was pretty good but the things that were wrong weren't discovered until I got home. The car had multiple small paint chips and had a dent in the passenger door. Of course, once off the lot, it's yours. Inside the floors had weather tech mats which the salesman said was extra value until... a week later when I went to vacuum and pulled them up and saw the disgusting carpets underneath. With all this, I would have said I'll buy the car if these things were fixed. I now I have to pay for it. They pulled my car lighter out to fix a pocket door and were supposed to replace it when the new one came in. I called many times trying to get the guy to find out if it was in and he never answered his phone and never called me back when I left a message. It's a few months later and now the car is stopping on me. I tried calling the service dept and can't get an answer. The phone just rings and rings. The one time I went into the service dept, no one came out to see what I wanted. I had to go inside and get someone. I also have a Toyota and have been to their service dept many, many times. I'm always greeted as soon as I pull up and my car is taken in the back for service. I've NEVER had to go looking for someone. One other thing. The one time I was in the service dept, which was about a week after I bought the car, I was talking to one of the guys and I told him about the carpets. He said a full service was done. I said no it wasn't because of the dirty carpets. I also told him that the car I traded in wasn't serviced either but they said it was. I had rebought the car because my son wanted it and they charged me 2,000 extra from what they gave me on the trade-in. He looked up my trade-in and said no it wasn't serviced. ( I knew it hadn't been) I went to the manager and they gave me $1,000 dollars back but I still had to pay for the title transfers which I wouldn't have had to pay for if they had sold me the car back immediately. This was the 5th car we bought from LaMarque but I seriously doubt we'll be shopping there again. BTW, I'm still waiting for the service dept to call me back. :(

G. Lowe is the MAN!!!

I had a GRRRRRRRRRRREAT experience at Lamarque Ford Used cars this weekend. Gregory Lowe (G. Lowe) was an excellent car salesman!!! He was FAST, efficient an knowledgeable about my vehicle. I was in the dealership less than 4 hours for the entire transaction. If you ever need a car please give him a call. One call that's ALL!!! Thanks again G.Lowe!!!
