Service of 2014 Ford Explorer

Jason and his team in the Service Department did an outstanding job! I had a noise problem (humming noise) originating from the passenger-side windshield area on my 2014 Ford Explorer. They found the service bulletin concerning the problem (I believe it was of first impression for them) and fix it while the vehicle was in for an oil change.....Great job as such avoided a return trip from the Bandera area!!!

Really good service and very prompt.

Pulled into the dealer on a Monday afternoon to see if they could service my 2013 Ford Focus. I needed an oil change and tires rotated. Jason the service writer said they could do it so I proceded to the waiting area. After about 20 minutes I was called and told my car was done. Wow! The charges were very low because they looked up my service record and I had accumulated dollar points from Ford on previous visits. Service was outstanding as always from past experiences of having service done. I highly recommend them if your shopping for a new or used vehicle. Small towns always seem to have the best service departments.

Disappointed

The Navigation system did not freeze while in shop. I was very disappointed to find out you charge $50 to upgrade the system, it was done free in the past. Jason was very professional and helpful.

Service-excellent Gender-issue-not so much.

I had an issue with the fact that the car is mine (female) and everyone--except our salesperson--kept addressing my husband as the owner; in fact, this survey was sent to him and not to me. I rated the service tops, because the salesperson was terrific, but I believe that the staff needs to take training in gender issues.

Maintenance Service

I just got an oil change and the service staff updated me on the needs of my vehicle and promptly took care of my needs in a very reasonable amount of time.

Survey

I was told I would be taken care of and indeed I was. From the sales person, to the finance person to the General Manager I was given the red carpet treatment. Got the payments I wanted, the service I wanted and the car I wanted. This is no "hillbilly" dealership in Bastrop, this is a professional ran dealership that others could benefit from. Customer Service

I took my Ford Fusion in for an oil change. When I picked it up Jason told me they had found a seal that was bad in my transmission and they would order the part and let me know when it came in. When I took it back, Jason was very friendly and professional. He called me when my vehicle was ready. I have had Jason help me many times in the past and he is one of the reasons I continue to buy Fords.

Customer Service

I took my car in for an oil change and Jason found a transmission leak. He will order the part and call me when it comes in. I can always depend on Jason to help me.

I'll say it again and again, I come to your dealership because of your Service Department. They are the BEST!!! I learned about them when I moved to this area.
