Geoff is a good sales person he listens very well and wants you to get exactly what you’re looking for. My experience with him was excellent.

My brand new Bronco needed transmission service within a week of me buying it. Things happen, and the defect wasn't Sames' fault. But the now week-long ordeal of trying to get the vehicle fixed is their responsibility, and they're just not very good at the service end. It's been delay after delay, haphazard and incomplete communication and I've seen no evidence that they care one way or another when I get my new $40K plus vehicle back. I don't know if they are bad mechanics, bad managers, overbooked, so some combination of those. I presume I'll get my car back eventually and will go somewhere else for service in. the future. They did send me a gift of two brownies for buying a car from them, so at the moment each of those brownies cost me over $20,000.

We are new to the area. We walked into Sames Ford Bastrop. for the first time ever and was greeted by Patricia Adams. We were considering trading my 23 Ford expedition in on a new one & told her exactly what we wanted and she got me exactly what I wanted . She was professional, quick, not pushy and very knowledgeable! She is really an asset to the dealership! Went to F & I worked with Larry Chabert. He was great explained everything delivered our paperwork promptly.Would definitely recommend Patricia & Larry and the dealership to anyone!

Although I did buy new to me truck, Sames has always been my go to for service. I always get scheduled in and get taken care of right away. Always told of any issues or recalls and they all get taken care of in a timely manner with the utmost of professionalism too
