Good Service

This was the first time I have been to Sames Ford in Bastrop. I called at 1:00 pm and asked if I could get oil changed and tires rotated this afternoon. The man in the service department said "sure come on in". If I had called the dealership where I bought the car, I would have had to make an appointment and then still wait when I arrived for service.

Ford Explorer

We purcheased a 2011 Explorer was told it was Certified, After getting it home, we was going over the check list with the SUV, the visor was dirty over the vanity mirror, the cable port was missing the door, and the wiper blades was falling apart, Thank fully we called our Sales man and talked to him about the issues, We was told to bring it back and they would make it right. They did fix the poblems. It just makes you question what else they checked off and not really looked at. Also there was a couple of thigs checked off the SUV did not even have on it being checked as passed. Bottom line if you are going to charge extra for it being Certified make sure it is. Anybody can put a check in a box.

Part of my requirements for a vehicle was Sirius Radeo. I was told the car I bought came equipped with Sirius however it appears that is not the case. The service center was not helpful when I brought the car in to have the radeo inspected. I want this installed or a different car.

Great Personal Service

Had a short notice problem with the blower fan and some bad weather. Got right in for service. Great communication during the repair. Awesome.

Great Guys

Jason is very knowledgeable and friendly. The tech did an amazing job and made sure that my truck was fixed properly. All around great staff and a wonderful experience.
