I have always gotten excellent service at Sames. Everyone is nice and eager to help. I bought my Focus at Sames and would not hesitate to buy another Ford at Sames.

Jason met me outside, and I didn't even have an appointment. He called me by my name (WOW!) and got me right in. I was pretty happy about the whole deal. Almost froze to death in the waiting room, tho! :)

Service department
I had a problem with the electronic door opening and they set up an appointment. When it appeared that they would have to keep the car for the rest of the day, they call car rental place and got me a car for the day. They paid for everything and I am completely satisfied with the experience.

Best experience purchasing a vehicle!
This was by far the best purchase of a vehicle I have ever had! I will definitely purchase all my vehicles in the future from Sames Ford, the staff treated me so well I felt like I was family.
