Quick lane service department is a joke. Swollen lug nuts eh? How bout you get the right size socket next time little technician. And quit with the over tightening. I won’t use your service dept which also reflects the lack of integrity on the dealership.

Complete waste of time, they must have finance problems with lenders... only ran ford motor credit, to finance me Its a sham,beware very shady.

Don’t believe anything they say they sure do not stick to their word all for them and not the customer

Excellent buying experience. We were shopping for a used vehicle for our kid that we didn’t feel like we would have to worry about leaving him stranded on the side of the road, but also wasn’t overpriced. We found both at Mike Willis Ford. The salesman listened to what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time showing us vehicles outside of our price range. We settled on a vehicle and they even worked with us on the pricing to ensure we stayed within our budget. Couldn’t be happier with this experience. After having visited other dealers in the area, I have to say the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I do not plan on wasting my time looking at other dealerships and I will go straight to Mike Willis Ford.

Chan was Great, kept me updated on my vehicle custom King Ranch 250 Order always!! And when truck came in he stayed till almost 8 PM and personally delivered me my Papers to Sign and Put the keys in my Hand!! Great Saleman but most importantly even better person! My experience through entire thing was Great from start to Finish!

Chan is my salesman. He exceeded my expectations on the sale of the truck that fit me. I’ve been a Ram guy for 24 years, but Ford has outdone itself on the F150 Tremor.
