I was traveling toward Sulphur from Baton Rouge when my check engine light came on. I called Mike Willis Ford because I had business in the area the next day. Devin got me in at 7am and out by 9am with the issue resolved. Exceptional service with a warm and welcoming attitude.

I pulled up and the service rep came out to my truck. Asked me what I needed and I told him an oil change. He proceeded to ask me about tire rotation and fuel filters. I then told him only an oil change bc I was using my reward points. He said ok. Instead of checking my points first they proceeded to service my truck then tell me I owed them almost $102.00 Now understand I have no money so now I'm sitting in my hot truck in their parking lot trying to come up with this money so I can get my key and leave this place. I will never come back here and I don't recommend anyone else come here either

Had my oil changed here and while everyone I spoke to was very polite, there was oil all over the exterior and interior of my truck when I got it back. Inexcusable and careless. Will not return.
