Excellent Dealership no pressure buying very friendly staff. Shannon our sales person was excellent very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very helpful. Spent time with us even after the sale was completed explaining everything about the vehicle. Purchased 2020 Ford Edge and we are very happy customers. Manager on duty was also great and helpful.

I purchased our new F350 from Walt’s this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from this Ford dealership. The sales staff is friendly and determined to make your buying experience stress free. The sales department and management goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.they make the entire process move so smoothly and quickly. I will continue to do my business with Walt’s in the foreseeable future. The manager of this ford dealership is great he is active in our youths future and truly cares for his customers and his entire staff. All in all great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and I own 4 nationally branded restaurants. So I know customer service when I see it and at Walt's Live Oak Ford you can see it. I have now purchased 4 cars in the last three years from Walt's Live Oak Ford. I have never had a better experience in car buying than with WLO Ford. Everyone I have come in contact with has been outstanding in customer service. I do not like to haggle when buying a car and Chris Fuinaono the Sales Manager clearly understand this. The level of attention that I receive from Chris Fuimaono and the sales staff make me feel like I dealing with friends and I'm not just just another piece of meat. I get their best price right up front. The level of professionalism and knowledge of staff is unparalleled in my car buying experiences. It is a pleasure to deal with people that talk to you and not at you, But even better is how they listen. I will only deal with WLO Ford in my car buying future and strongly recommend them to friends and associates.

Although my dealer was new, he was extremely polite and found help through many of the situations with me. Everyone involved did everything they could to assist in every aspect of the buying process. Great staff!

Buying after car was totalled!
I was not in the market for a new car, I planned to drive my wonderful 2015 Toyota Camry until the wheels fell off. I love it, Walt's Live Oak Ford had helped me in the purchase of the Camry in 2017. In May 2020, I was hit by a driver who ran a stop sign going 40mph and it totalled my car. Thank God for Gap insurance as I am a real estate broker and have put many miles on it. I was suddenly in a spot of having to find a car. Chris Fuiamono and Walt's took care of ALL my automotive needs. I am happy to say I LOVE my 2020 Ford Explorer. Before you buy give them a call. I promise you will not be disappointed

Don't Get Service Here!
This is the second time I've had to bring a vehicle back to have them fix the service work I had done. The regular service department apparently does not thoroughly check their work when they complete it. How can you let a car go out the door without functioning brake lights? The only reason I gave them a 2 is that the Quick Lane service has always been exceptionally good for items like oil changes and tires.

Walt’s sold me a car with a bad transmission
I was sold a Ford that had a transmission problem. Ford had a recall on this vehicle for the transmission so Ford was well aware of the problem. The recall expired in 2017 and Walt’s sold me the xxx in 2019 with out repairing the transmission. Basically sold me a ticking time bomb! This is unacceptable behavior by a Ford dealership! Even worse, they sold it to me for Twice it’s worth!

Great staff
Very knowledgeable service manager, friendly staff, comfortable waiting room. They go out of their way to help the customer. I will only use them to service my vehicle.
