Write a reviewMY father Jim Gibson 78 years old took his truck in for a service repair he was charged 780.68 for repair done by Gonzalez, Ray on 11 4 25. My father recieved the truck back it still made a ticking noise he was then told they would have to pull the dash off for an additional 2032.57 . This is not the way to treat a 78 year old man or anyone eles. So wht did he get for the 780.00 nothing. My Dad has no heat or Ac in his truck due to this issue. My Father lives 3 hours away from. Im just now here at his home and he is showing all this to me thats why its this late for a review. I feel some one from this business should contact jim Gibson and make this right.

I wish there was spots to give everyone kudos. I did not find a rude or snake-type person in the entire bunch! The service people even treat you fantastically. Everyone says hello, opens the doors, doesn't point but will walk with you to your location. Oh and popcorn from the express lube is a plus too. As far as the sales team, that is the fastest I have been in and out of a dealership ever. Not loaded with crazy mark ups. Bethany really listened, and made sure I was in the right vehicle for my needs!! I also loved the family feeling from the managers and everyone else. They didn't hide in a box, or look down at you. They came out, they met us. Chad even made finance not that painful!

Took my F 250 in for transmission lines and check for a blown head gasket since it overheated due to a bad radiator I replaced the radiator with a new one but couldn’t find the right lines and I live in Orlando so I had it towed to Walts cause I had to come back home was told 1 week I gave them two weeks went back on Friday after calling them and was told they couldn’t find the fitting I told him again it was in a ziplock baggie was told it would be ready at five called back was told the new radiator was cracked they had one on the way by two o’clock wrong radiator came in said it would be ready Monday I told them I had to have Saturday they finally had it done at 10:40 Saturday morning but said my battery was dead and tech went to lunch and would see what I wanted to do i am somewhat mechanical they want to nickel and dime you and not professional as they sound on the phone the battery is still starting strong four days later they really suck

Quick Lane at Walts Live Oak Ford. Quick and Friendly - Excellent service, served up fast. There is an area to watch and employees exercised care and professionalism during the service and enthusiastically catered to special request. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommended!

Used car. Lies piled on lies, piled on lies. Total xxxx. The manager redefined "dishonest." They wouldn't sell me the car unless I bought a scam warranty.

Can't really say much about dealership since I never visited in person. However, I tried to contact online salesman and even though I did receive a response it was untrue or deceptive. When asked about Ford Partner program, I was told they aren't doing it, although they are official Ford Dealership. But than they added that noone is doing it, which is false statement since I found at least 3 that were willing to sell me a truck under X Plan pricing. Those 3 dealerships eventually have ordered me what I wanted but they didn't have a trim level in stock that I was looking for. In addition to above dishonest answers, I keep getting harassed by their email service even thought I opted out of it multiple times.

Truck was in for front end alignment, they made it worse,on top of that, I got the old,your battery exploded line, got it home and couldn't find battery acid anywhere under hood. Scamed me big time. Won't again. talking with a co worker and he said they did same thing to him. Not first time had bad service at this shop. Dont take your vehicle to them. Sub par work. Fool me once shame on u. Fool me twice.i take my money elsewhere, and I'm telling everyone who will listen. They are lucky if I don't take them to court. Ruined two new tires.

All I can say is I had the best experience at this dealership. I usually get very irritated with dealerships but this was completely different. These folks really do what they advertise. Everything went so smoothly. Thanks to Kierra Carter and the whole crew at Walt"s Live Oak Ford.
