Walts Live Oak Ford Dealership
Was very pleased with the service received when I took in our Ford Escape for its first service . Everyone was very nice and professional. The waiting rooms were very clean. I was offered coffee or a soda. The restrooms were very clean and I was kept up in the progress of my service.

Stay far away
Traded my car in and then they said I wasn't approved for the car they put me in. Asked for my car back and they sold it already! I'm now in a vehicle I hate and did from the moment they made me buy it. I have a ridiculous interest rate "27%daily" needed something good on gas which this is not. I have begged and pleaded with them to resolve this issue and they refuse to do the right thing. All I asked from them was to make things right but they refuse. Talked to me like I'm pure trash. I only pray no one else ever goes through this nightmare I'm living.

Great sales and service department
I recently purchased a used Ranger at Walt's and got a great deal on a very nice truck. It needed the Takata airbag recall done so I made an appointment to do that. Both bags were done in less than 90 minutes and I was back on the road.
