I did my research online before we drove to Walt's I had a truck in mind, but once we got there we saw the candy apple red Ram and decided to go with it. After the test ride that was all we needed. Thanks to Jim our salesman the experience was a piece of cake. So far so good we have not gone anywhere yet but we enjoy looking at it. And the price was right.

I walked into the dealership yesterday and was met with friendly helpful staff. I returned today to finalize the purchase of my vehicle but it had been sold. I didn't see this as a huge problem, yes it was somewhat disappointing but it was merely miscommunication which happens everywhere. The staff today was very helpful and apologetic. My salesman today was Robert Lynch and he did an awesome job. Amy also helped us at a few points during the day and was friendly and helpful as well. The finance guys were also easy to talk to. The paperwork took a long time but no longer than any other dealership that I have ever been to. Staff was way friendlier and more helpful than any other dealership I have dealt with. I am pleased with the vehicle I purchased and got a fair price. The restrooms were very clean and smelled nice, definitely a plus. I would recommend purchasing from Walts Live Oak Ford. I had a pleasant car buying experience with this business.

I have always had a wonderful experience with the dealership and the staff. Star is a wonderful staff in the service department. Star and a couple of the ladies in the cashier department are the only reason I still have my car serviced at this dealership. Star is very helpful and will explain more in detailed of the service to your vehicle if you don't understand. Please keep her there at Walt's Live Oak Ford and You will always have a loyal customer.

I arrived late for my appointment and was very nervous. My son came with me for extra support since this is the first time I have thought about financing. I have only had what my children call "hand me downs". Kyra was my Sales Rep. she was very friendly and Patient, Patient, Patient. I had looked at used cars on line and saw a few I liked, I had no idea that I would actually drive away with a brand new car. I finally chose the 2016 Ford Fiesta in a beautiful blue With everything I need. From start to finish every one was very nice and helpful. Thank you management, financing, and especially Kyra for making my experience at Walt's Ford a memorable one! My son was right there's nothing like driving away in a BRAND NEW CAR!!!!!!!

I told them what I was looking for And i got it. The sale Lady was very helpful and very nice to me took her time and what i wanted found it we looked at it and i feel in love with the Lexus. and had to have it and she made it work for me .And now it is home with me and i am so so happy now.

Dave Mccall (our salemen) came in on his day off to show us the Explorer. He was very helpful in explaining everything about the car. He made us feel very relaxed and made the sale go smoothly. Everyone that was a part of this experience was very, very helpful.. I am so happy that we went to Walt's to purchase my new Explorer Limited. It is beautiful. Thanks again
