The service was good it was nice to see there was somewhere to get something to drink they provide you drinks for free it was clean the bathrooms are clean

2014 Ford Flex, service has been good,even better since I got a hold of someone who knows what is going on to help get the ball rolling on the few minor things that needed to be taken care of on the vehicle.

One aawesome sales person!
I purchased a 2011 Ford Mustang from Walt's Live Oak Ford. I tried for months to get a car. The salesperson I worked with before I bought the Mustang was not very helpful or professional. Half the time when I would go to speak with her and she was alone, she would blow me off. I heard about a new business they were going to work with, and I mentioned it to her, she proceeded to tell me that she didn't think that would be a good "situation" to get myself into, and I would always be upside down in a car from them, didn't even try to help me with it. She was also very upset i went with some other sales person, if you wanted my buisness, you should have tried everything and not blown me off. My Bf referred me to a friend of his who was a new salesperson over here at Walt's, SHE WAS AMAZING. She had a very great personality/attitude and not once did she blow me off. She did everything to get my deal done. When I come back, I will request to work with her and refer all my friends and family. Thanks again Walt's Live Oak Ford for my beautiful new car!!!

Friendly staff, reasonably priced
This is where I take all the vehicles to get service and the staff always greets me. I appreciate that they always make sure I know I am welcome to coffee or something from the drink machine and that I can view on t.v. what I feel is appropriate for my child. I am disappointed in the door lock problem with the Ford edge, but that is not Walt's problem

good service
the only negative on your service is when I get to the dealership very early in the morning. the sign says open from 0730.....however sometimes the service writer doesn't get there on time.... this is disappointing ... I feel that when I work my schedule to get someplace when they are supposed to be open .. and they are not ... well...................
