    Purchased a 2015 Ford F150 last Friday. Mr Gene was my salesman and was very courteous, informative and very professional. I was very satisfied with the whole process and already referred your facility to a number of friends and associates.

    My F150 was in your shop twice within a week's time. First was to get two new tires. During the process they noticed one of the remaining two tires had a nail and was not repairable. They contacted me and we were able to replace the tire under the road hazard warranty. Second visit was for traction, ABS and brake light coming on, they were able to successfully diagnose the problem, broken wheel sensor. Was back in my truck within two days. Casey and the guys in service do as phenomenal job wouldn't take truck anywhere else. Casey is always very helpful in replying to emails and ensuring the work is done in a timely manner. Lee Meeks

    I usually deal with Casey and Mike in the service department. I get Grade A+ service. This has a big influence on whether I would buy a new car from this dealer. I have a KIA that I bought from All Star Kia on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge. The service at that dealership has really declined. To say the least I will not be buying another vehicle from that dealer. I believe that when buying a new car that the customer should be given an opportunity to meet the service personnel. The reason is who will your next contact be after buying the car. Again the service I get from Casey and Mike is Grade A+. They should be held in high esteem and an example to all of the other service personnel.

    Moving to Prairieville, LA and was thrilled to find a Ford about 1 mile from my new home. Had no appointment on a Saturday for oil change, tire rotation,and new air filter. Told me I would have at least a 2 hour wait. They gave me a ride home and called me 1 hour later that my car was ready. Have told all my family and friends!
