Ford service

My complimentary oil change(because on a previous visit they broke my window)-they left the oil cap off and left it sitting at front of engine. The gas fumes when I drove away were nauseating. Originally I thought the mechanic left gas residue from his clothes in my car; I certainly did not suspect they had not capped of the oil reservoir! I lifted the hood later to discover the situation; fortunately the cap did not fly out of hood. That is pure incompetence!

Almost Perfect

I started at one All Star location. The salesman found a good deal on a used vehicle at another location, so we drive to that All Star. Ended up wanting the car, but then found out that the information that was posted online was incorrect. The dealership have is a couple hundred dollars off the price to make amends for their incorrect listing and for all the trouble we went through that day searching for a vehicle. In the end, we got a good deal for what we purchased, so I'm satisfied.

I brought my truck in to be serviced and tires replaced. Casey price matched my tires and completed routine maintenance on my F150. They also gave me a ride to work and brought me back to the service center after the work was completed. This convenience was a major point for purchasing my vehicle from ALLstar. Casey Griffith (All Star service adviser) is the reason I keep coming back to All star to service my F150.

Not the best

I feel like they did not treat me like I am a valuable customer. I had to take my vehicle in 3 times before it may be fix. I won't know until another few months. They wanted to charge me for their incompetent. I guess they did okay by waiving my deductible, but I am still out of my time.
