90 day wait!!

I’m in shock that I couldn’t schedule a service appointment until at least 90 days because they are so backed up. Refused to let me speak to a service manager. The clerk who took my phone number yesterday refused to call me back to schedule so I had to call back today Christian, the clerk today was rude. My car is under warranty and I’d have to wait at least 3 months!! My warranty may expire due to miles by then.


Vehicle Repaired

Craig Poche assisted me in getting my vehicle repaired. He was professional and kept me up to date with the repairs being made and other issues.

Service Department Theft

I had a rather expensive item stolen while my vehicle was there for service. Of course, they originally stated they would make it right, but decided not to after stringing me along for a month. Liars and thieves.


Poor Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my payment and called 3 weeks later and said I didn't pay! Go to xxxx !! Most companies would not have even called if they were at fault!!!! Shame!! Shame!!!! Do your business correctly or get better management to hold employees accountable!


Awesome Experience

I went with my son to buy a vehicle. Jessica worked so well with him and made it an awesome experience that I returned one month later and bought a vehicle from her for myself!



Awesome experince! My son and I bought new vehicles one month apart. Jessica made both of our experiences a breeze. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Didn?t seem interested in selling a car

I was interested in a vehicle. Wanted them to come down on the price a little. Instead of bargaining, he told me to have a nice weekend. That after they lo balled me on my trade in. Later on in the week I texted the sales manager and never heard back.

I'm so highly disappointed. I set up an appointment to see a car I was interested in purchasing. I was driving over an hour to go purchase the vehicle so I made sure to verify that the car was still available. I was told that it was still available. I arrive for my appointment only to be told that the person I had an appointment with wasn't there and that they had sold the vehicle 2 minutes before I got there. I wasted my time and gas for nothing.
