$3000+ in junk fees.

$3000+ in junk fees. They offered the same trade as another dealership offered. They also beat their price. Then the junk add ons came in. I walked because it was cheaper in the end to buy from Leif Johnson.

I wish I remember the finance guys name to give him credit as well for him working with us to get everything finalized with an interest rate we were hoping for. Terrible Experience and Deceptive Practices I

Terrible Experience and Deceptive Practices I recently brought my car into this service center for a simple check engine light diagnostic, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They lied every step of the way, from start to finish: 1. Deceptive Scheduling: They misrepresented the timeline just to get me in the door. 2. Misleading Updates: They repeatedly lied about needing to keep the car longer, supposedly waiting on a part that would “only take a day.” That “day” turned into a string of false promises. 3. False Representation: They claimed that a service technician was actually the service manager, a blatant misrepresentation of who was handling my car. 4. Dishonest Diagnosis: They assured me that the check engine light had been resolved and that my car was fixed. This was completely false. 5. Each time I received a call they continued to try and replace parts that didn’t need to be replaced, for a hefty fee…errors were occurring because they didn’t properly reattached parts and hoses after diagnostic. When my car was finally returned, it was in worse condition than when I left it. Here’s what I found upon inspection: • Coolant Hose: Loose and clearly not tightened properly. • O2 Sensor: Removed from its housing, left dangling with wires exposed—totally unprofessional. • Turbo Bypass Solenoid: Connector not attached, leaving a critical part of my engine improperly connected. This level of dishonesty and carelessness is unacceptable. I trusted this service center with my vehicle, and they not only failed to fix the problem but actually made it worse. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere if you value honesty, competence, and professionalism.
