Joseph Wojnarowski and Brandon Lopez both went above and beyond providing the Best most excellent customer service. They exceeded my expectations and I will recommend Covert to everyone.

Joseph was great to work with and very responsive to my questions in the initial back and forth text messaging about the car, and then had everything waiting and ready to go when I came in for a test drive. I really enjoyed the low pressure interactions as we were able to quickly arrive at a good deal on the car, arrange financing, and help me get out the door quickly to make it to a scheduled dentist appt. He arranged for me to come back the next day when I had more time to complete make ready and detailing on the car, and made sure the car looked great. I was very satisfied and would buy from Covert Hutto again without hesitation.

Service of my car was excellent. Gregory Carnes is very helpful and willing to work with you. My only suggestion would be if a person needs a ride, in my case back to pick up my car, that one be informed of a long wait. Sat for several ours with no ride and finally called, only to find out that they were waiting for their driver. I have NO idea how long this would be and fortunately found a friend who could take me to get my car. Honestly, this did not make me happy. Please let people know it could be a while for a ride.

My previous car with almost 120,000 miles developed some mechanical issues, so it was time to upgrade to a newer vehicle. Having been a Cadillac owner for almost 20 years, I wanted a car which was comfortable and economical. Terry Friend my service consultant advised me to talk with Matt Mahan in Sales who assisted me in purchasing a 2014 Chevrolet Impala 2LT. It has all the features I was looking for and Matt checked the car out for me. He reviewed all the features during my test drive and was very helpful in assisting me with my trade-in. Brad in Finance worked out a very good finance rate and kept within my suggested monthly payment. He also included a warranty which fit my needs along with Gap Coverage. The whole crew did a wonderful job. As a former Cadillac salesman myself, I expected and received outstanding service. I highly recommend Terry, Matt and Brad at Covert Chevrolet.

Carolyn Smith was my service adviser and she did a great job of taking care of me. She greeted me warmly with a nice big smile. She took control of the servicing of my new truck while I went and had lunch. When I came back it was ready to go and I just checked out. Everything was explained and I was given a copy of work performed and the pricing of each item.

John Cuellar was an excellent sales person, professional, friendly, got us exactly the car we requested .

We went to Covert to look at new cars and found one that was perfect for my wife. We found Gary Reed (who had sold us our 2 previous cars) and expressed interest. After the test drive we sat down and Gary said he would WOW us with the price. No hassle no bartering and indeed we were WOWed. Needless to say we bought on the spot. This make 4 cars in a row bought from Covert. #5 is approaching.
