Less than 3O days after purchasing a 2O1O Jeep 4 door soft top I found 2 inches of water in the floorboard of the driver's side and the passenger's side of my vehicle after a rain. The carpet was soaked and it required a wet/dry vacuum to extract 1/2 gallon of water. When I was discussing purchasing the vehicle I asked if Covert did a rain test and I was told that the vehicle did not leak. I contacted Covert Ford about my leaking concern and they did not want to help me with my problem and told me they could do nothing to help. This dealership should have been upfront and honest with me and they were NOT.

Love my new car
"Came in to get oil change and possibly trade in from Covert's email ad. Worked with Kelly and Clifford. They were extremely helpful and explained in details concerning my trade. I decided not to trade in now and they were understanding of my decision. There was no pressure from them. I am very pleased with my Malibu the service team and sales team. Cliff was easy to work with. He was upfront with pricing on trade in and the new vehicle. He gave me the information I needed to make my decision and wasn't pushy about making a deal. Once we came to an agreement the entire team was friendly and helpful. Best of all is the pricing at Covert Hutto is very competitive!
