Jason was easy to talk to about the buying process. Probably spent an hour longer in the dealership because we talked a lot, but he was thorough and completely answered my questions in a way which I could understand.

Great Experience - Get with Bret at Covert!

I had a very bad experience with another dealership in Rockwall, Texas. I got on Cars.com to search for the particular truck we wanted. The listing price was good, so I called Covert Ford in Hutto. Bret Van Pelt was the salesman I reached. I laid the foundation for what I was looking for, how I wanted to handle the deal, and made a reasonable offer. We were able to get 90% of the deal done over email and phone, which is what I wanted. There were no hidden fees, no misleading practices, and no waste of our time. Got to the dealership to do the paperwork and in a little over and hour drove away. Everyone was friendly and took good care of us. I'll give it to Bret, he was on notice of my thoughts on the new car buying experience, but he was very easy going and let me lay the foundation for how I wanted the deal done. He did a great job! It was a great deal altogether, I never let my money get mad, but I was bound and determined not to purchase a Ford from the dealership in Rockwall. I was able to make that happen! I got a nicer truck at a lower cost, and I got to deal with a sales gentleman that respected me and was easy to get a long with. I highly recommend Bret Van Pelt and Covert Ford in Hutto.

Highly Recommend

John was friendly and helpful through the whole process. He explained what the technician found and gave his recommendations without pressuring me into unneeded services or repairs. He gave updates during the time that I was waiting for my vehicle to be ready. I would highly recommend this dealership and service and parts department to others. They are always professional and willing to help.

Bret Pelt was a excellent salesman . He made our buying experience very pleasant . We would highly reccomend Covert Ford in Hutto to all our family and friends. Bought a new car!

Went to Covert because I saw a car I wanted to check out and my dad had bought a car there. What a wonderful experience. Chad Cox went out of his way to make the deal happen and make sure everything was perfect with the car. I could tell he really cared about my buying experience. Brandon Lopez was the finance guy and he worked magic. He got the loan approved but felt he could get me a better rate and spent an extra 20 minutes to make it happen. I highly recommend buying at Covert Ford they actually care and it shows. Thanks Chad and Brandon!

Fabolous

Came in to get oil change and possibly trade in from Covert's email ad. Worked with Kelly and Clifford. They were extremely helpful and explained in details concerning my trade. I decided not to trade in now and they were understanding of my decision. There was no pressure from them. I am very pleased with my Malibu the service team and sales team. I will recommend Covert to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Great Service in the Service Dept.

Carolyn Smith contacted me to have a recall repair done before I even received the recall notice in the mail. I had wonderful service just as I received when I purchased my car from Darla Burn. I live in Georgetown and have found Covert worth the drive to Hutto/Taylor for their great service.

Recall

I had a recall on my 2015 Colorado pickup. I made an appointment for 8:00 in the morning. When I arrived, John Lewis, Jr. handled my appointment, and he couldn't have been nicer. He also suggested going ahead and doing my next checkup, since I was close to being due on it. which I did. After my ride home, I was shocked when they called and already had the car ready by 9:45. Can't ask for better service time than that. It was a pleasure having John help me out on this and I will definitely use Covert Hutto Chevrolet for my service work again.
