Great folk! Great Service

Brian and Steve are great folks! Brian found what I wanted. Got it to the dealership for me to see and drive. Good trade in value on the truck I previously bought through Brian 4 years earlier. Steve made the financing a great experience. All are good people to deal with! Thanks guys!

CAR SERVICED

GREGORY CARNES WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM WITH MY TIRE SENSORS. ONE WAS REPLACED AND IT WAS THOUGHT THAT WOULD DO IT. IT WAS FOUND THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER BAD SENSOR. HE TOLD ME, AND I HAD ALSO BEEN TOLD THE SAME THING WHEN MY TIRE WERE CHECKED, THAT ONCE ONE WENT OUT, THEY ALL USUALLY FOLLOWED SUIT. THANK YOU GREG. IT WASN'T WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR, BUT YOU DID YOUR BEST.

Excellent Service

John Lewis did a great job greeting me and getting my car right in. He also noted which maintenance items that needed to be replaced and which ones to watch in the future. The ladies at the check-out desk are friendly and efficient. Great job Covert of Hutto!

Excellent Service, February 1, 2017

I like the fact that Covert Hutto keeps all records of services performed on my vehicle. Bringing it in only for an oil change this time, I asked Gary Hawthorn, my service advisor, if my car was due any other service with the mileage it had on it. He looked at my records in their system and with my present mileage on my vehicle, suggested a complete fuel system service, so I also had that done. I was in and out within a couple of hours. I always have great service at Covert Hutto. Gary was very attentive and its good to have him back at the Hutto location!

Took car in for oil change service. I like that the customer service person, Carolyn Smith, came to my car to take my information. Ms Smith was friendly and professional.
