I really like this dealership. Very responsive and they always do a great job. They also take you to your home or work which is really a nice feature along with the great service. I will be buying my next suburban from them. The new service manager really understands customer service. Point is they care !!!

Covert ford, Jason Kelly

Had my 2002F250 serviced and I had a starting issue and a leak in my radiator. Jason was very fast in assisting us, ordered part, and scheduling us back in later in the day, after the part arrived. We arrived, truck was taken in to be worked on, and returned in a timely manner with all repairs completed. The truck is running great and the team at Covert Ford deserves a hand for the great service.

Great Service!!

Communication about the repairs and service work on my Explorer from Deryal were excellent. Kept me informed on each item, estimated cost, and approximate time it was going to complete the job. Worked around my schedule, got me a loaner, and delivered my vehicle earlier than expected. Highly recommend this Service department. And I am picky......

Purchase of 2017 Silverado 1500

Matthew Mahan made the process very easy. He worked the deal for me in a very professional manner. Went all the way to Missouri to find the truck I wanted. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Covert, we shop around but always come back to Covert. The entire sales team, which consisted of Matthew, Brad, and Kelly did an excellent job. Thank you!

COVERT FORD SERVICE

Brought our Ford Edge in for a recall service and was told it would take about 3 hours. I decided to wait for the vehicle and was very surprised when it was completed in an hour and a half. Always great service at Covert Ford. Jason Kelly is always on top of his game.Great service and a great friendly experience.

Purchase was a good experience!

Brett Van Pelt was our salesperson for a 2016 Ford F350 truck recently. He is an excellent salesperson. He communicated by phone and email prior to the sale promptly and continued to follow through at the dealership to make the sale. If you visit Hutto Covert Ford, I highly recommend that you deal with Brett.

Excellent service department and Personnel

Terry Friend always take of me at the Hutto Chevy store. Took Vette in for oil change and software updates and reprogramming a couple more fobs, just in case. Car was ready quickly but I could not get there before Service closed. Terry stayed late to get my car to me that evening. Mark M.
