Great Service

I wanted to thank Gary Hawthorne and his team in the service department. The were very courteous and knowledge concerning the service on my Chevy Silverado. It just happened that Dan Covert was in the service area and I had a few questions, he did not hesitate to help me. Great service starts at the top!!! This dealership leads by example!! Great job Team

Great Service From Great People

Purchased my truck from the Hutto location around January 2015, and since then I have driven from North Austin to Hutto for my regular service and maintenance. TOTALLY WORTH THE DRIVE! The staff takes care of you in a timely manner, all of the work I have had done has been of the highest quality. I know when I come here to get my truck worked on , everything will be taken care of professionally and it's never a bad experience . Great service

Always Great Service

Kelly Lemmons helped us out when we brought our vehicle in for brake repair. She was friendly, efficient, and thorough. Our car was fixed on time and the brakes are working great. We've been going to Covert Hutto Ford for years. They do an all-around great job.

Good Service Department

Excellent dealer to work with. My service adviser was Jason. I called ahead and Jason did a good job of getting my truck in and out for some routine warranty work.

Truck inspection was perfection!

Took my truck to Covert Hutto for the yearly inspection. John Lewis Jr. and the service technicians were professional in their abilities and precise on when the work would be completed. The experiences I've had with Covert Chevrolet in Hutto have been nothing but wonderful, and it continues to get better. I have been a customer of Covert Chevrolet for 29 years, and that wouldn't have been possible without the "service with a purpose" philosophy they have continuously demonstrated.

Bird hunter

I met with Tim Jones on Monday and had told him I needed a new suburban. Tim asked me how I use my vehicle and after I told him he had me drive a Z 71 suburban. It was perfect for my needs. He found my new truck and it was delivered on Thursday afternoon. An extremely pleasant buying experience.

Chevrolet Trax

I went online to my employers site and used the employee discount feature and entered in what I was looking for. Within 30 minutes I received 5 emails from different dealerships wanting to sell me a car. Clifford Collins and TJ at Hutto Chevrolet were the only ones to go the extra mile to get exactly what I wanted. I'm not just talking about the car, but the payments as well. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I wasn't there for hours on end waiting for them to come to a deal. I was at home and and received word, went down to the dealership and was out with a new car within 35 minutes. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and I will definitely purchase another car in a few years when it's time to upgrade.
