Covert Hutto is excellent! Josh Mannery rocks!!!
After getting jerked around at several other Ford stores in town I emailed salesman Josh Mannery on a Sunday and he promptly replied (!) -and said he would call first thing Monday. As promised Josh made contact Monday morning and I explained to him that I had been getting the run around at some other stores. The truck I was interested in was priced extremely well online and I asked if this was in fact the correct price. If so, I was interested but I had been told that before at the other dealerships and things changed when I walked through the door. Josh stated that is not the way they do business and that the truck was available and the price would be honored. Sure to his word, the truck was parked up front and waiting when I arrived at the dealership. I ended up buying the truck at the advertised price with no games and no up-selling. The whole process could not have been better and I love my new truck and the deal I got at Covert Hutto. Josh is the man!

Haley S. made the process so easy. There were no hidden fees and we arrived at a great price very quickly on both the new purchase as well as our trade in vehicle. Covert was very transparent with the numbers, which is rare when buying a new vehicle. We will buy our next vehicle from Covert, too!

Excellent service offered by Covert Ford, and the service advisor I dealt with Jason. He was upfront about the problem, and offered a solution that wasn't the high cost repair. It was nice to see that kind of integrity, when it would have been just as easy to skip over a potentially almost free fix an lieu of a costly repair job. Thank you!
